SWARNANEWS.CO.ID, MALANG JATIM |Pelaksanaan Muktamar XVIII Ikatan Mahasiswa Muhammadiyah sudah berlangsungkan dari 1-6 Agustus 2018 di Malang Jawa Timur. Hal itu sesuai dengan penunjukan Dewan Pimpinan Pusat (DPP) IMM yang resmi menunjuk DPD IMM Jawa Timur sebagai tuan rumah.
Atas beragam pertimbangan, kota Malang, Jawa Timur dipilih sebagai pusat pelaksanaan forum musyawarah dan pengambilan keputusan tertinggi dalam lingkup IMM. Segenap elemen mengedepankan itikad baik untuk menyukseskan agenda ini.
Kegiatan itu didasari hasil pertemuan DPP IMM dengan PP Muhammadiyah pada Kamis, 12 April 2018 lalu yang, menghasilkan keputusan bahwa PP Muhammadiyah hanya mengakui kepengurusan DPP IMM yang mendapatkan SK PP Muhammadiyah.
“Status muktamar (yang resmi) bagi PP (Muhammadiyah) itu adalah muktamar yang diselenggarakan oleh DPP IMM yang di-SK-kan oleh PP Muhammadiyah,” tutur sekretaris umum PP Muhammadiyah Abdul Mu’ti.
Pertemuan itu juga memutuskan untuk segera menyudahi dinamika internal IMM. Selanjutnya, PP Muhammadiyah akan menyurati PWM dan PTM terkait dengan hal ini.
Selain Abdul Mu’ti, turut hadir dalam pertemuan itu ketua PP Muhammadiyah bidang konsolidasi organisasi dan kaderisasi Dahlan Rais serta bendahara PP Muhammadiyah Marpuji Ali.
Muktamar Ikatan Mahasiswa Muhammadiyah (IMM) ke XVIII dibuka, di aula Dome Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang, Rabu (1/8/2018).
Ketua Umum Pengurus Pusat (PP) Muhammadiyah, Haedar Nashir menyatakan kegiatan muktamar bisa jadi tempat pembelajaran beroganisasi.
“Meski jadi tempat pembelajaran, muktamar jangan minta dilamakan waktunya. Ini jadwalnya empat hari. Kalau bisa dua hari, maka dua hari bisa buat jalan-jalan,” ujar Haedar. Muhammadiyah dikenal sebagai orgasanisasi Islam modern. Ini bisa dicontoh IMM.
Ciri organisasi modern adalah sederhana/simple. Kalau tradisional, masalah sederhana jadi rumit. Kalau di IMM hal kecil jadi besar atau jadi rumit, maka perlu belajar lagi organisasi. Karena itu, muktamar sarana belajarnya.
Dikatakan Haedar, makna muktamar adalah mengambil madu dari sarang lebah. Sehingga butuh kecerdasan, kecermatan dan keseksamaan.
Jika dilakukan dengan musyawarah, insyaallah, lanjutnya, tidak akan ada deadlock, bubar atau kepemimpinan tandingan seperti di tempat lain.
Ini yang ditradisikan organisasi Muhammadiyah, Aisyah sehingga saat muktamar lancar karena memakai prinsip mengambil madu tadi.
Ia berharap, mukmatar IMM bisa mengambil spirit kelahiran IMM pada 1964 yang lahir dari suasana dinamika perjuangan yang sangat keras.
Tujuan kelahirkan IMM adalah melahirkan akademisi muslim dan berahklah mulia. Diksi itu harus jadi karakter mahasiswa IMM.
Tak hanya jadi karakter organisasi tapi juga personal. Kegiatan muktamar akan berlangsung sampai 4 Agustus 2018. Sejumlah agenda sudah dirancang.

Sedangkan Ketua Umum Dewan Pimpinan Pusat (DPP) IMM, Ali Muthohirin memaparkan tantangan-tantangan yang dihadapi oleh kaum muda dalam menumbuhkan benih-benih karakter dan spirit kepemimpinan.
“Walaupun kita adalah pijar matahari muda, tapi dari sini kita bisa menjadi penerang untuk masa depan bangsa. Namun, menjadikan pijar kita kaum muda semakin terang bukan tanpa tantangan,” katanya.
Peserta Muktamar berpose di sela kegiatan tersebut.
Banyak hal, lanjutnya, yang harus kita persiapkan untuk menumbuhkan benih kepemimpinan dari dalam diri kita, ujar alumni Program Studi Syariah Fakultas Ilmu Agama Islam (FAI) UMM ini.
Sementara Ketua Umum Dewan Pimpinan Daerah (DPD) Jawa Timur Abdul Musawir Yahya mengharapkan di mukmatar ini lahir ide cemerlang atas persoalan bangsa baik.
Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Muhadjir Effendy yang mewakili Presiden Jokowi di acara itu mengharapkab IMM yang terus konsisten dalam menegakkan Darul ahdi wa syahada, yang berarti kader IMM harus memiliki pandangan khas gerakan Islam modernis reformis.
Utusan dari IMM Sumsel yang hadir pada kegiatan berskala nasional itu siap mendukung dan merealisasikan semua hal yang menjadi keputusan muktamar tersebut. Rombongan dipimpin oleh Jumadi Ketum DPD Sumsel didampingi Beni Arfandi (Sekjen) kemudian M Iqbal, Heru Ginanjar Prayogo, Erik Hariyadi, Muharommul Fathoni Asyaroh, Nadia Tiara Putri, Ardiyan Aditya, Popi Ario Riski, Ari Suhendra, Hidayati Fadhilah, Febriyadi, Pandi Alpian, Ayeng Armanta, Minto, Arda Anggara, Nujul Kurniawan, Garin Permadi, Sartika, Iman Maulana, Robby Eltha Pratama. Abimanyu, Yongki Adijaya, Nopriansyah, Hasan Pratama Putra,, Ricky Oktadinata, Fadhilatul Hasanah, M Mahfuz Dthohir, Rio Pratama, Ireni Septiah, Sapta Ariasa, Fadhilatul Hasanah dan Riky Otadinata yang mewakiliki 18 cabang. Sedangkan Formatur terpilih dari Sumsel Fadhilatul Hasanah (Kabid immawati) dan Ricky Oktadinata (DPD IMM Sumsel).

Pada Ahad malam, (05/8) telah berhasil menyelesaikan pemilihan 13 formatur. Mereka dipilih dari 43 calon tetap formatur yang telah ditetapkan oleh Panitia Pemilihan (Panlih). Hasilnya, peraih suara terbanyak adalah Najih Prastiyo, dari Jawa Timur dengan 504 suara. Meski bukan terpenting, pemilihan pimpinan sebuah organisasi dalam perhelatan muktamar atau sejenisnya menjadi perhatian utama. Tidak terkecuali dalam perhelatan Muktamar XVIII Ikatan Mahasiswa Muhammadiyah (IMM) yang berlangsung di Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM).
Disusul kemudian di urutan kedua adalah Ricky Septiandi, yang meraup 487 suara. Duduk di urutan ketiga adalah Abdullah S. Toda dengan 478 suara, disusul kemudian oleh Frisca Wulandari dengan 464 suara.
Urutan selanjutnya di posisi ke -5 hingga ke-13 secara berurutan adalah Abdul Musawir Yahya (456 suara), Fazlur Rahman (453 suara), Muhammad Roby Rodliyya Karman (441 suara), dan Irwan Boinauw (433 suara). Kemudian disusul Imam Alfian Kadir (429 suara), Riyan Betra Delza (408 suara), Muhammad Syamsul R Manaf (390 suara), dan Muhammad Sahrul (284 suara).
Adapun urutan ke-13 terdapat dua nama yang mendapatkan suara sama. Yaitu Rimbo Bugis dan Yedi Mulya Permana yang sama-sama memperoleh 271 suara. Siapa di antara keduanya yang akan masuk dalam formatur, dibicarakan dalam arena Muktamar.
Ke-13 nama ini diamanati oleh Muktamar untuk menyusun kepemimpinan DPP IMM Periode 2018-2020.
Lazimnya mahasiswa berkemajuan, pemilihan 13 formatur juga menggunakan cara yang berkemajuan. Pemilihan tidak lagi menggunakan cara manual dengan menulis di kertas, melainkan hanya memencet layar komputer atau electronic voting (e-Voting).
