SWARNANEWS.CO.ID-Jakarta, 08/1 /2020- Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan masih membutuhkan waktu paling cepat selama dua bulan untuk mengetahui angka pasti kerugian negara dan motif penyalahgunaan dana investasi di tubuh PT Asuransi Jiwasraya.
Ketua Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) Agung Firman Sampurna di Jakarta, Rabu, dalam jumpa pers mengatakan pihaknya sedang melakukan investigasi terkait masalah keuangan di PT Asuransi Jiwasraya atas permintaan dari Komisi XI DPR dan Kejaksaan Agung. Investigasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui angka pasti kerugian negara yang ditimbulkan akibat peristiwa tindak pidana korupsi tersebut.
Lembaga auditor juga bekerja sama dengan PPATK untuk mengetahui tujuan aliran dana investasi dari PT Asuransi Jiwasraya kurun 2010 hingga 2019.
“Jadi yang dua bulan adalah waktu yang bisa kami investigasi dulu. Paling cepat dua bulan kami butuh waktu untuk menelusuri itu. Begitu juga termasuk dengan aliran dana dari Jiwasraya, kami akan kerja sama dengan PPATK, ” ungkapnya.
Sebelumnya, Jaksa Agung Sanitiar Burhanuddin menyebutkan bahwa negara berpotensi mengalami kerugian sebesar Rp13,7 triliun akibat PT Asuransi Jiwasraya melakukan investasi ke 13 perusahaan bermasalah.
“Sampai dengan bulan Agustus 2019, PT Asuransi Jiwasraya telah menanggung potensi kerugian keuangan negara sebesar Rp13,7 triliun,” tutur Burhanuddin pada Desember 2019 lalu.
Menurut dia, potensi kerugian negara itu muncul karena adanya tindakan yang melanggar prinsip tata kelola perusahaan yang baik yaitu terkait dengan pengelolaan dana yang berhasil dihimpun melalui program asuransi JS Saving Plan.
Adapun Kementerian BUMN berharap hasil laporan Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan atau BPK terkait kasus Jiwasraya akan membuka seluas-luasnya masalah di tubuh perusahaan asuransi itu da menjadi masukan yang baik bagi pihaknya.
“Kami berharap hasilnya terbuka, terang benderang, tak ada yang ditutup-tutupi. Kami percaya bahwa BPK menghasilkan yang terbaik dan kita harapkan itu bisa menjadi masukan baik itu kejaksaan maupun bagi untuk mengambil sikap,” ujar Staf Khusus Kementerian BUMN Arya Sinulingga di Jakarta, Selasa (7/1).
Arya mengatakan laporan dari BPK terkait kasus Jiwasraya kemungkinan diminta oleh Kejaksaan Agung agar terdapat dasar apakah kasus ini merugikan negara sehingga bisa dibawa ke ranah pidana.
Selain itu, Kementerian BUMN juga menegaskan kembali agar kasus penyelamatan Jiwasraya ini tidak dibawa-bawa ke ranah politik dan mengajak para nasabah Jiwasraya untuk mendorong serta mendukung upaya niat baik Kementerian BUMN agar bisa melakukan pembayaran.
“Yang penting solusi. jangan dibawa kepada politik, jangan dibawa ke yang lain-lain. Solusi yang penting uang nasabah kembali,” ujarnya.
