SWARNANEWS.CO.ID OGAN ILIR |Puluhan anggota polisi masih kelihatan siaga dan terus berjaga-jaga di pintu gerbang masuk kantor KPUD Ogan Ilir (OI) Indralaya OI Sumatera Selatan, Selasa (13/10/2020) dari tadi pagi hingga saat ini.
Pasca dikeluarkannya pengumuman KPU Ogan Ilir oleh Ketua KPUD OI Dra Masyuryati yang men-diskualifikasi pasangan nomor urut 2 Ilyas Panji Alam dan Endang PU Ishak pada Senin (12/10/2020) malam. Tak bisa dipungkiri ada suasana tegang di daerah ini.
Kondisi yang menegangkan itu usai munculnya keputusan KPU yang merupakan tindaklanjut dari rekomendasi Bawaslu Ogan Ilir.
“Adapun tindak lanjut rekomendasi dari Bawaslu yang kami lakukan adalah melaksanakan ketentuan Pasal 71 Ayat 5 dengan keputusan KPU Ogan Ili SK : 263/HK.0.1-KPT/1610/KPU-KAP/X2020 tentang pembatalan peletakan pasangan calon bupati dan wakil bupati Ogan Ilir nomor urut 2, yakni Ilyas Panji Alam-Endang PU Ishak,” kata Massuryati kepada wartawan di kantor KPU Ogan Ilir, Indralaya, Senin (12/10/2020) malam.
Rekomendasi ini, lanjut Massuryati, disampaikan Bawaslu Ogan Ilir pada 5 Oktober lalu. Setelah tujuh hari dari rekomendasi diserahkan, hari ini merupakan hari terakhir KPU Ogan Ilir menyampaikan rekomendasi Bawaslu tersebut,
Setelah mengumumkan diskualifikasi kepada paslon nomor urut 2, KPU Ogan Ilir secepatnya akan melayangkan surat diskualifikasi tersebut kepada paslon bersangkutan.
Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Ogan Ilir menetapkan pembatalan pasangan calon wakil bupati dan wakil bupati Ogan Ilir, Ilyas Panji Alam dan Endak PU Ishak.
Adapun keputusan KPU Ogan Ilir itu yakni:
Kesatu : Menetapkan pembatalan pasangan calon sebagai peserta pemilihan serentak bupati dan wakil bupati tahun 2020 berupa sanksi administrasi pembatalan pasangan calon
Kedua : pesangan calon dikenakan sanksi administrasi pembatalan pasangan calon dimaksud dalam diktum kesatu pasangan Ilyas Panji Alam-Endang PU Ishak nomor urut 2, tidak diikutkan dalam peserta pemilihan bupati dan wakil bupati Ogan Ilir Tahun 2020.
Sebelumnya diberitakan, Ketua Bawaslu OI, Darmawan Iskandar mengatakan, paslon nomor urut 2, Ilyas Panji Alam-Endang PU Ishak yang diduga melakukan pelanggaran terkait rotasi pejabat dan hal-hal lain yang menguntungkan pasangan tersebut.
“Perlu kami tegaskan, rekomendasi Bawaslu OI adalah dari laporan, bukan temuan. Sesuai kewenangan, kami mempunyai kewajiban untuk menindaklanjuti dan memproses pelanggaran terhadap laporan yang disampaikan oleh peserta, pemantau atau warga negara yang mempunyai hak pilih di wilayah OI,” terang Darmawan.
Berdasarkan laporan itulah, menyampaikan rekomendasi diskualifikasi tersebut kepada KPU OI untuk segera ditindaklanjuti.
Mendapatkan sanksi dari KPU yang merupakan hasil rekomendasi dari Bawaslu tersebut, tim hukum dari Ilyas-Endang hari ini langsung ke Jakarta untuk menyampaikan gugatan mereka ke Mahkamah Agung (MA) atas keputusan KPU OI tersebut.
Menyikapi dinamika politik yang terjadi di Ogan Ilir tersebut, kita mengharapkan pihak Ilyas-Endang dan seluruh jajaran pendukungnya dapat menahan diri. Hal yang langsung diinstruksikan oleh Yulian Gunhar sebagai ketua tim pemenangan Ilyas-Endang.
Kita mengapresiasi instruksi yang diberikan Gunhar kepada seluruh tim pemenangan, tim pendukung, hingga simpatisan pasangan tersebut di seluruh wilayah OI. Di sisi lain Kapolres OI, AKBP Imam Turmudi juga meminta kepada seluruh khalayak agar jangan membesar-besarkan apa yang telah diputuskan oleh KPU sebagai penyelenggara Pemilu yang memiliki regulasi sendiri.
Sebagai warga masyarakat, kita melihat dan tak bisa menafikan potensi konflik itu makin terbuka luas. Baik konflik psikologis karena saat ini masih merupakan tahapan kampanye yang merupakan “medan perang” untuk merebut simpati masyarakat dengan memajukan program-Program unggulan yang akan mereka “jual” di tengah masyarakat. Tensi konflik psikologis ini tentu akan menjadi lebih panas dengan adanya kenyataan tentang diskualifikasi tersebut.
Kita tentu mengharapkan konflik psikologis ini tak memicu konflik dalam bentuk fisik yang menimbulkan bentrok antarkedua belah pihak. Masyarakat OI yang memiliki basis kehidupan dengan pewarnaan iklim dan budaya pesantren kita harapkan memiliki kearifan luar biasa untuk memahami dinamika politik yang ada. Dengan demikian mereka akan lebih arif dan tetap saling santun dan menjaga keutuhan dalam bermasyarakat berbangsa dan bernegara.
Rentang waktu belasan hari sebagai durasi yang bisa dilakukan saat tim Ilyas-Endang berjuang memperoleh keadilan ke MA tersebut kita harapkan kondusifitas politik dan kamtibmas tetap terjaga.
Waspadai kemungkinan adanya oknum-oknum provokator yang dapat memancing di air keruh dengan memanas-manasi berbagai pihak untuk bertindak di luar koridor hukum dan ranah demokrasi. Dengan mewaspadaan ini maka masyarakat akan terhindar untuk melakukan berbagai tindakan yang bisa mengarah anarkis tindakan chaos yang tentu bisa berimplikasi hukum.
Di luar dari masalah hukum bagi para pelaku, setiap tindakan anarkis dan chaos tentu akan menimbulkan kerugian social yang sangat mahal nilainya.
Kepada para ulama, tokoh masyarakat, kalangan pendidikan, politisi, wartawan, dan stake holder lainnya kita harapkan dapat saling menasehati dan memberikan masukan yang meneduhkan pada suasana kebatinan masyarakat Ogan Ilir yang saat ini sedang dirundung penasaran bagaimana kelanjutan kasus ini di MA agar mereka tetap bisa menunggu dengan sabar dan bijak.
Kita memiliki tanggung jawab moral untuk menjaga keamanan dan ketertiban, bukan hanya saat ini tetapi pasca keluarnya hasil keputusan dari MA apakah tetap akan mengabulkan apa yang menjadi keputusan KPU OI tersebut atau akan menganulirnya.
Semua terpulang kepada ranah pemilik otoritas penegak hukum. Semua stakeholder di masyarakat OI diharapkan bisa menerima apapun kenyataan nanti dengan legowo, besar hati dan mengutamakan hal-hal yang membawa maslahat bagi semua warga masyarakat Ogan Ilir. Wallahu a’lam bishowab.
