BREAKING NEWS: Deadlock, Panitia Pilkades Desa Setia Marga, Kecamatan Karang Dapo, Mundur

 

SWARNANEWS.CO.ID, MUSI RAWAS UTARA | Selasa, 27/9/2022, Pasca pagelaran Pemilihan Kepala Desa (Pilkades) serentak untuk 50 desa di Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara (Muratara), Provinsi Sumatera Selatan pada 22/9/2022 lalu masih menyisakan berbagai tahapan dan tetap berdinamika.

Salah satu yang cukup menyita perhatian adalah dua desa yang hasil perhitungan perolehan suaranya dinyatakan draw atau seri.

Asisten I Bidang Pemerintahan dan Kesra Setda Pemkab Muratara yang juga Plt Kasatpol PP Musi Rawas Utara, Ketua Panitia Pilkades serentak 50 desa tahun 2022, tingkat kabupaten, H. Alfirmansyah, ST, MT karib disapa Apek Karim, Selasa, 27/9/2022. Foto: ist.

Dua desa tersebut adalah Desa Setia Kecamatan Karang Dapo dan Desa Lubuk Kemang Kecamatan Rawas Ulu.

Khusus Desa Setia Marga dikabarkan karena deadlock (jalan buntu) atau tidak kesepakatan antara para pihak terutama calon Kades yang perolehan suaranya draw maka seluruh panitia Pilkades desa ini melempar handuk putih atau mundur.

Salah satu sumber terpercaya kepada awak media Swarnanews.co.id, menyampaikan dokumen berita acara mundurnya panitia Pilkades Setia Marga Kecamatan Karang Dapo.

Alasan mundur dikemukakan dalam dokumen berita acara tersebut, dengan alasan utama tidak berhasil melakukan pleno sebagaimana telah dijadwalkan semula akan dilakukan pada Senin, 26/9/2022.

Faktanya hingga batas waktu jadwal yang telah disepakati sebelumnya itu berakhir tidak ada kesepakatan antara para calon kades untuk melakukan pleno di Kantor Camat Karang Dapo.

Terpisah Asisten I Bidang Pemerintahan dan Kesejahteraan Rakyat Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara, H.Alfirmansyah, ST.MT, membenarkan mundurnya panitia Pilkades Setia Marga tersebut.

“BPD ke camat,
camat ke panitia Pilkades tingkat kabupaten,” ungkap H. Alfirmansyah, ST, MT yang akrab disapa Apek Karim.

Lebih lanjut ia mengatakan pihaknya akan mempelajari persoal belum adanya hasil perhitungan rekapitulasi perolehan suara Pilkades di Desa Setia Marga.

“Kami pelajari, terkait belum ada hasil perhitungan rekapitulasi suara. Nanti baru kita ambil langkah selanjutnya,” demikian kata Apek Karim.

Proses dan dinamika Pilkades serentak 50 desa di Bumi Beselang Serundingan ini mendapat perhatian banyak pihak. Terutama untuk desa yang deadlock seperti Desa Setia Marga Kecamatan Karang Dapo.

Salah seorang advokat yang juga fokus mengikuti perkembangan dinamika pembangunan di Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara, Abdul Aziz, SH.

Azis demikian sapaan karib pria asal Desa Bingin Teluk Kecamatan Rawas Ilir Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara, yang juga Kuasa Hukum dari Calon Kades Setia Marga Nomor Urut 1, Abdul Soed, memberikan perhatian persoalan Pilkades Setia Marga melalui status Facebooknya.

“Panitia Pemilihan Kepala Desa Setia Marga ‘MENYERAH’ tidak mampu lagi melanjutkan proses rekapitulasi dan Pleno hasil Pemilihan tanggal 22 September 2022 lalu,” tulis Azis di laman akun Facebook Abdul Aziz, Selasa, 27/9/2022 pagi.

Lalu pada barisan paragraf berikutnya ia menuliskan kalimat yang bernada sindiran.

“Dalam situasi yang pelik dan rumit hasil kinerja Panitia yang ugal-ugalan menyerahkan pada BPD Setia Marga. Kalau BPD lain diserahkan buah manggis, BPD Setia Marga diserahkan Durian Busuk,” demikian sindirnya.
