Sidang senat terbuka ini dibuka langsung oleh Ketua Pembantu I STIE Trisna Negara Sri Sarwo Sari, S.E., M.M. di Kampus C STIE Trisna Negara Kecamatan Belitang Madang Raya, Senin 26 September 2022.
Prof. DR. Hj. Helisia Margahana, S.H., S.E., M.M. dikukuhkan langsung oleh Kepala Lembaga Layanan Pendidikan Tinggi (LLDIKTI) Wilayah II Prof. Dr. Iskhaq Iskandar, M.Sc.
Usai dikukuhkan, Prof. Helisia langsung memberikan pidato ilmiahnya yang berjudul, Tantangan Membangun Karakter Loyalitas Sumber Daya Manusia Melalui Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
“Perubahan dalam sebuah kesuksesan kuncinya terletak pada sumber daya manusianya. Manusia merupakan sumber daya paling bernilai. Dan ilmu perilaku menyiapkan banyak tekhnik dan program yang dapat menuntun pemanfaatan sumber daya manusia yang efektif,” ujar Prof. Helisia.
Prof. Helisia menambahkan, tujuan pidato ilmiahnya ini untuk memberikan solusi alternatif tentang bagaimana membangun loyalitas sumber daya manusia dalam suatu organisasi melalui Organizational Citizinship Behaviour (OCB).
Di tempat yang sama, Gubernur Sumatera Selatan H. Herman Deru dalam sambutannya mengungkapkan rasa bangganya menjadi salah satu alumni dari STIE Trisna Negara.
“Mengikuti perkembangan STIE Trisna Negara, bangga sekali saya sebagai pemilik nomor induk mahasiswa 001 pada saat itu menjadi mahasiswa pertama magister,” ungkap Gubernur.
Di sisi lain, Bupati OKU Timur Ir. H. Lanosin, S.T. mengucapkan selamat kepada Prof. Helisia yang telah dikukuhkan menjadi guru besar, sebagai keluarga ia mengaku sangat bahagia.
Dengan bertambahnya guru besar di STIE Trisna Negara, Bupati Enos meyakini bahwa STIE Trisna Negara akan semakin pesat perkembangannya. Selain itu, Bupati Enos berharap agar STIE Negara bisa menjadi pilihan utama bagi calon mahasiswa/i memilih perguruan tinggi.
“Saya yakin STIE Trisna Negara akan mencetak sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan bisa menjadi calon-calon pemimpin di masa yang akan datang” tutupnya.
