SWARNANEWS.CO.ID,. BANYUASIN I Ramah, energik, cerdas dan kaya gagasan. Begitulah kesan pertama ketika bertemu dengan perempuan kelahiran Kebumen 26 Juni 1966 yang saat ini menjabat sebagai Camat Karangagung Ilir Kabupaten Banyuasin Sumsel.
“Iya, saya baru saja dilantik oleh Pak Bupati H Askolani menjadi Camat Karangagung Ilir Kabupaten Banyuasin,” ujar wanita yang sebelumnya menjadi Sekcam Karangagung Ilir kepada Swarnanews.co.id di kediamannya Sabtu (26/11/2021).
Siti dan 27 Pejabat lainnya memang baru saja dilantik dan diambil sumpah jabatan bersama para pejabat lain yakni Sekretaris Dinas, Camat, Kepala Bagian, Kepala Bidang, hingga Direktur RSUD.
Langkah yang diambil oleh Bupati Banyuasin H. Askolani, SH, MH tersebut sebagai bentuk penyegaran dan upaya terus memperbaiki layanan ke masyarakat. Untuk itu Bupati Banyuasin H. Askolani SH MH, melantik para pejabat Administrator di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Banyuasin di Pendopoan Rumah Dinas Bupati Banyuasin Jum’at Malam (25/11/2022). Pelantikan ini sebagai tindaklanjut dari lampiran Keputusan Bupati Banyuasin No : 821/22005220/BKPSDM/2022.
Menerima amanah yang cukup berat ini, wanita yang sangat dikenal di wilayah Kabupaten Banyuasin karena rekam jejaknya sangat beragam dalam bertugas. Dia mengawali karier sebagai pendidik. Hal itu membuatnya memiliki kedekatan yang sangat intensif dengan masyarakat Karangagung Ilir serta Kabupaten Banyuasin secara keseluruhan. Apalagi ketika diamanahi sebagai Kepala Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) di Kabupaten Banyuasin berbagai kegiatan dan terobosan telah berhasil dia lakukan sehingga lembaga yang dipimpinnya sangat dinamis.
Langkah-langkah pertama yang segera dia lakukan yakni akan segera menyatukan, merekatkan dan merapatkan barisan. Kita akan menjadi koordinator yang berkualitas baik itu Kades, UPT termasuk berbagai institusi yang lain. Apalagi kemarin kantor camatnya belum jadi. Kemudian berkat upaya dan kerja keras Bupati Banyuasin maka kantor tersebut berhasil dibangun dan selesai awal Desember. Langkah awal mempererat koordinasi baik ke bawah maupun ke berbagai pihak karena di wilayahnya banyak berdiri dan beroperasi perusahaan perkebunan, rekanan serta mitra institusi serta berkoordinasi dengan pimpinan terkait. Wilayah kecamatan yang dipimpinnya terdiri atas tujuh desa yakni Desa Jati Sari, Karang Sari, Majuria, Mekar Sari, Sri Agung, Sumber Rezeki dan Desa Tabala Jaya. Kecamatan Karang Agung Ilir merupakan kecamatan yang terletak di Kabupaten Banyuasin, Sumatra Selatan, Indonesia hasil pemekaran sebagian wilayah Kecamatan Banyuasin II mencakup wilayah seluas 137,92 km.²

Saat ditanya mengenai pola koordinasi yang akan dia lakukan dia mengutarakan benar-benar akan jemput bola dan benar-benar maksimal. Sebab selain untuk transportasi lebih didominasi moda perairan juga jalan darat belum seluruhnya memperoleh pengerasan dan aspal. Selain itu belum seluruh wilayahnya terjangkau sinyal ponsel dan internet secara baik untuk itu sebagai camat nanti saya harus dapat benar-benar sering datang ke lokasi desa-desa tersebut.
Istri dari Suyun dan ibu dari Faadila Ruzkaini, SSi, MSc, Anisa Indriatiwati, SSi, MSc dan Eyang Uti dari Haikal Alfarizi ini pernah menjadi Juara 2 Penulis Naskah Essay tingkat Nasional dan Juara 6 Lomba Penulisan Karya Nyata Tingkat Nasional di Batam tahun 2013 mewakili Sumsel ini. Dia juga terobsesi untuk terus meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Salah satunya dengan mengupayakan pabrikasi pengolahan kelapa yang selama ini dijual gelondongan yang harga kadang murah. Sebab hamper 50 persen di wilayahnya terdapat kebun kelapa.

“Padahal airnya dapat dibuat nata de coco serta bisa dibuat VCO yang harga jualnya lebih mahal,” urainya lagi penuh semangat.
Sebagai langkah awal menerima amanah yang dia maknai sebagai bentuk lading ibadah maka dirinya akan benar-benar “all out” menjalankan tugas tersebut sehingga berhasil membawa maslahat bagi semua. Untuk itu dia mohon dukungan dari seluruh lapisan masyarakat serta arahan dan bimbingan dari bupati sehingga berhasil mewujudkan Program Bupati Banyuasin dalam mewujudkan Banyuasin Bangkit, Adil dan Sejahtera.
