SWARNANEWS.CO.ID, PALEMBANG – Berdasarkan proses rekrutmen domain hasil Panwascam Kota Palembang, sebanyak 107 petugas untuk Pengawas Kelurahan dan Desa (PKD) bakal dilantik Sabtu (4/2/2023) besok.
Ketua Bawaslu Kota Palembang, M Taufik mengatakan, sebanyak 107 petugas untuk PKD tersebut merupakan hasil rekrutmen Panwascam Kota Palembang.
Meski begitu, terkait proses tersebut Taufik menambahkan pihaknya tetap melakukan monitoring ke tiap-tiap panwascam.
“Jadi memang harus dilakukan secara profesional, transparan dan sesuai SOP terkait proses pelaksanaan rekrutmen PKD ini,” kata Taufik saat konferensi pers dengan media di Kantor Bawaslu Palembang, Jumat (3/2/2023).
Taufik mengungkapkan, untuk masing-masing Panwascam di Kota Palembang, sudah melakukan rapat pleno penetapan satu petugas PKD dari hasil wawancara di tingkat Kecamatan.
“Hasil pleno hari ini, besok akan diumumkan oleh Panwascam ke masyarakat. Siapa saja calon PKD yang lulus di kelurahan masing masing. Kemudian tanggal 5-6 februari Panwascam akan melantik PKD terpilih di kecamatan masing masing,” ungkapnya.
Taufik menjelaskan, proses perekrutan PKD ini memang harus disampaikan kepada masyarakat. Baik itu tahapan apa yang sedang berlangsung dan tahapan pemilu yang sedang berjalan.
Seperti halnya proses rekrutmen PKD, sambung dia, tahapannya sudah berjalan mulai dari pendaftaran pada tanggal 9-13 Januari, kemudian pendaftaran dan penerimaan berkas calon pada 14-19 Januari di kecamatan masing masing.
“Berikutnya penelitian kelengkapan berkas pendaftaran bagi calon pada 14-19 Januari dan perbaikan berkas pada 20-22 Januari. Untuk pengumuman masa perpanjangan, jika pendaftar di kelurahan tersebut tidak memenuhi dua kali kebutuhan, atau tidak adanya pendaftar perempuan 30 persen,” ungkap dia.
Taufik menjelaskan, ada 5 Kelurahan yang dilakukan perpanjangan hasil rekapitulasi Bawaslu Palembang dan laporan Panwascam, yakni di Kecamatan Ilir Barat 1 dan Ilir Barat 2, Ilir Timur 1 dan Ilir Timur 3.
“Tanggal 27 januari lalu Panwascam melakukan rapat pleno, dari total seluruh kecamatan 963 peserta, yang lulus administrasi ada 732 orang. Dari hasil pengumuman itu Panwascam menerima tanggapan dari masyarakat terkait nama yang lolos tersebut,” jelas dia.
Taufik menerangkan, peserta yang lolos itu melakukan tes wawancara sesuai pedoman yang diterima dari Bawaslu RI. Tes ini dilakukan serentak seluruh Indonesia dari tanggal 31 Januari hingga 2 Februari 2023.
“Aspek penilaian wawancara itu tentang penguasaan materi Bawaslu, integritas diri dan netralitas, motivasi dan komitmen penuh waktu dan yang lainnya. Jadi bukan pertanyaan yang dibuat sendiri atau asal asalan,” terangnya.(WN)
