SWARNANEWS.CO.ID, MEDAN | Wakil Ketua Dewan Pengurus Daerah Persatuan Perusahaan Real Estate Indonesia (DPD REI) Sumatera Selatan, Drs.H.Thamrin Hasan, MM, sangat optimis tahun. 2023 ini menjadi momentum kebangkitan pertumbuhan pasar properti, Jum’at,3/3/2023.
Pelaku bisnis properti Sumatra Selatan asal Musi Rawas dan Lubuklinggau itu memberikan dasar pandangannya di tengah-tengah perayaan HUT REI ke-51 di Medan, Sumatera Utara.
“Saya sangat optimis pertumbuhan pasar properti di Sumatra Selatan akan sama dengan kondisi nasional kita. Seiring melandainya resesi ekonomi serta menjauhnya bencana covid-19 maka produktivitas masyarakat akan terjadi. Pun demikian akan berpengaruh kepada laju pertumbuhan pasar properti”, ungkap Thamrin.
Lebih lanjut dikatakan Thamrin Hasan, kebutuhan rumah bagi masyarakat merupakan kebutuhan pokok. Sebagaimana kita diajarkan ada tiga komponen kebutuhan primer atau pokok, yaitu sandang, pangan dan papan.
“Kebutuhan papan itu kebutuhan perumahan. Siapapun membutuhkan rumah untuk menaungi keluarganya. Dengan demikian, sampai kapan juga orang memerlukan rumah. Kita pelaku usaha properti yang menyediakan berbagai pilihan bentuk dan tipe rumah yang dibutuhkan masyarakat”, tutur Thamrin Hasan.
Sebelumnya masih dalam suasana perayaan HUT ke-51 REI di Medan, Sekjen DPP REI Hari Ganie didampingi Direktur Consumer Bank BTN Hirwandi Gafar, dalam acara konferensi pers, Kamis,2/3/2023, mengatakan, dari pertemuan dengan 10 pengembang besar di Indonesia, pasar properti tahun ini diyakini akan lebih baik. Apalagi, banyak developer yang sudah menyiapkan proyek properti terbarunya.
“Saya kebetulan sering lakukan pertemuan dengan komunitas pengembang, termasuk pengembang 10 besar di Indonesia. Mayoritas, mereka menargetkan pertumbuhan properti tahun ini sebesar 10 persen dari tahun lalu,” ungkap Hari Ganie, di acara konferensi pers HUT ke-51 REI, di Medan, Sumatera Utara, Kamis,2/3/2023.
Menurut Hari Ganie, dengan kondisi ekonomi yang semakin menjauh dari ancaman resesi, kalangan pengembang percaya diri produk properti bakal kembali diserap pasar.
“Banyak pengembang yang sudah menyiapkan lahan dan mengeluarkan produk terbaru. Jadi saya pikir, kalangan pengembang semakin optimistis sektor properti akan tumbuh,” tegasnya.
Hari Ganie mencontohkan, banyak developer yang mengakui pemesanan unit dari konsumen sudah melebihi dari target. Kondisi ini memberi sinyalemen, pasar properti sudah jauh membaik.
“Tentu produk properti yang ditawarkan adalah produk yang dipercaya oleh pasar dan paling mampu menyasar target yang akan dituju,” pungkasnya.
