SWARNANEWS.CO.ID, MUSI RAWAS | Bupati Kabupaten Musi Rawas (Mura), Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, Ir. Hj Ratna Macmud,M.M, tidak mau pusing atau bisa dikatakan cuek dengan tudingan netizen yang mengatakan bahwa dirinya lambat hadir di tengah bencana banjir yang melanda beberapa kecamatan di Musi Rawas, Rabu,15/3/2023.
Sikap tersebut tercermin ketika ditanya wartawan Swarnanews.co.id, sesaat menjelang keberangkatan orang nomor satu di Bumi Lan Serasan Sekentenan (red: sebutan lain Kabupaten Musi Rawas) akan melakukan kunjungan kerja ke Desa Semangus Kecamatan Muara Lakitan, Rabu,15/3/2023 pagi di pendopoan Bupati Mura.
“Biarkan saja kita tidak bisa menutup mulut orang mau bicara”, kata Bupati perempuan pertama di pulau Sumatera ini mengawali sesi wawancara singkat.
Yang penting lanjutnya kita pastikan terus kerja dengan ikhlas sepenuh hati agar masyarakat yang mengalami korban bencana banjir terlayani secara baik, itu poin penting pertama.
Yang kedua lanjut Bupati, Alhamdulillah tidak adanya korban jiwa. Ketiga, yang juga penting awalnya kita meninjau terlebih dahulu untuk memastikan efektivitas bantuan.
“Karena pada hari pertama kejadian bencana banjir kita sudah membawa bertruk-truk beras hampir 14 ton tujuan ke Kecamatan Muara Kelingi ternyata terhenti di SPBU di sana sehingga tak dapat dilanjutkan”, ungkap Bupati Ratna Macmud.
Kemudian hari kedua lanjutnya, kita serahkan ke camat untuk mendistribusikan bantuan tersebut. Lalu Kecamatan Sukakarya sudah kita suplai semuanya.
“Saya sampai naik perahu itu untuk memastikan kondisi lapangan sepenuhnya. Bagaimana keadaan masyarakat, bagaimana kedalaman banjir itu sendiri”, tegas Bupati.
“Nah lalu bahwasannya masih ada suara-suara orang yang menuding saya kurang cekatan dan sebagainya dalam mengatasi bencana banjir ini, saya tidak terlalu peduli apalagi sampai pusing memikirkannya. Karena bagi saya yang penting saya bekerja memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada masyarakat Kabupaten Musi Rawas”, sambung Bupati.
Ketika ditanya dirinya terlambat merespon dan bertindak hingga empat hari kejadian bencana banjir.
“Wah itu tidak benar begitu bencana saya lakukan koordinasi dengan semua jajaran saya terutama yang kompeten dalam hal penanggulangan bencana banjir”, bantahnya.
Bupati Hj Ratna Macmud juga mengatakan hari kedua kejadian bencana banjir, dirinya sudah berada di lapangan meskipun diakui kondisi badannya kurang sehat.
Bupati juga berterima kasih dengan jajaran Polres Musi Rawas, Gubernur Sumatera Selatan, jajaran pemerintahan Musi Rawas, pihak perusahaan swasta hingga berbagai elemen masyarakat yang turut serta dan bahu membahu mengatasi musibah banjir ini.
“Betul saat pertama bencana banjir melanda Musi Rawas, saya sedang berada di Jakarta. Tetapi ketika perjalanan dinas di ibukota saya selalu koordinasi dan perintahkan Sekda, Asisten dan OPD untuk turun lapangan langsung. Itu hingga malam hari saya pantau terus. Keesokan harinya, hari kedua bencana banjir saya sudah kembali ke Musi Rawas dan langsung meninjau lokasi bencana”, papar Bupati Hj Ratna Macmud.
Hari ini (Rabu,15/3/2023), kata Bupati Musi Rawas, Ia akan kunker ke Kecamatan Muara Lakitan, tepatnya ke Desa Semangus.
Bupati Ratna Macmud sudah perintahkan Dinsos Musi Rawas untuk mensuplai bantuan paket makanan. Perhatian Bupati tidak hanya soal suplai makanan, obat-obatan dan pakaian seperti selimut. Tetapi juga meliputi infrastruktur.
“Saya tahu ada enam jembatan gantung yang terdampak banjir, empat diantaranya sudah tidak terpakai lagi. Dan ada 11 ruas jalan yang rusak berat. Itu semua menjadi pekerjaan rumah saya”, kata Bupati Hj Ratna Macmud.
Istri dari Ir H Riza Novianto Gustam juga menyindir pihak yang protes dengan semua pekerjaan yang sedang dalam proses dilakukannya.
“Saya yakin mereka yang protes tidak paham sepenuhnya dengan semua pekerjaan yang sedang saya dan Pemkab Musi Rawas lakukan. Kalau mereka paham tentu tak akan berkomentar yang terkesan menyudutkan”, tutup Bupati seraya bergegas menuju mobil dinas yang akan berangkat ke Desa Semangus Kecamatan Muara Lakitan, Kabupaten Musi Rawas.
