Pertemuan Warga-PT TJN, Terkesan Sia-sia !

SWARNANEWS.CO.ID , PALEMBANG| Pertemuan antara warga Desa Mekarsari Kecamatan Karang Agung Ilir Banyuasin dengan manajemen PT Tunas Jaya Negeriku (PT TJN), di ruang kerja Wakil Bupati Banyuasin H Slamet Somosentono SH Jumat lalu (19/5/2023), terkesan sia-sia.

Dalam pertemuan yang dipasilitasi Wakil Bupati Banyuasin itu, dinilai masyarakat tidak membuahkan hasil yang signifikan.

Sebab, selama pertemuan yang berjalan sekitar 90 menit itu, kedua pihak hanya berkutat soal data kepemilikan yang “diduga” diserobot PT TJN.

Sedang pihak perusahaan hanya menjabarkan lahan perkebunan miliknya secara mutlak, setelah membayar tanah rakyat seluas 154 hektare.

 

“Nah, yang kita pertanyakan itu mana surat lama milik warga setelah terjadi over alih lahan milik PT TJIN ke PT TJN. Lalu siapa yang menerima pembayaran dari PT TJN? Ini yang perlu kalian cari identitas orang tersebut,” ujar Slamet Somosentono dalam pertemuan itu.

 

Kesan yang ditangkap warga saat itu masalahnya tetap menggantung tanpa ada jalan ke luarnya.

“Saya agak kecewa. Harusnya Pak De menginstruksikan pihak PT TJN untuk menjelaskan si penerima uang ganti rugi tersebut. Jadi kita bisa menelusuri siapa sesungguhnya orang tersebut,” ujar Ahmadi kepada media ini, Senin (22/5/2023).

 

Karena itu Ahmadi menilai bahwa pertemuan itu tidak membuah hasil, atau sia-sia belaka. “Saya akan berusaha keras untuk mengambil kembali lahan milik kami yang sudah dikuasai PT TJN,” tegasnya.

 

Sementara itu, ketika staf ahli Kapolri, Dr Nur Kholis SH MA dihubungi melalui handphonenya, mengatakan bahwa Pemkab Banyuasin harus mencarikan solusi agar persoalannya tidak terkatung-katung.

“Kasus ini sudah sangat lama. Karena itu saya sarankan agar Pemkab Banyuasin segera mencari solusi yang tepat, sehingga tanah rakyat bisa kembali, dan perusahaan itu tidak dirugikan,” katanya.

 

Nur Kholis berharap agar warga bisa bertemu dengan dirinya, sembari memperlihatkan data konkret terkait lahan milik rakyat itu.

 

“Nanti saya pelajari secara rinci terkait masalah yang ditimbulkan PT TJN tersebut,” ujarnya.

Menurut Nur Kholis, sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 18 tahun 2004, kehadiran perusahaan perkebunan justru menciptakan kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat yang hidup di lingkungannya.

“Kalau kehadirannya justru merebut lahan rakyat, ini sangat berbahaya dan bertolak belakang dari prinsip pengembangan ekonomi yang sesuai dengan UU RI Nomor 18 tahun 2004 itu,” ujar Nur Kholis.

 

 

Nur Kholis mengungkap bahwa pada pasal 3 UU RI Nomor 18 tahun 2004, disebutkan, perkebunan diselenggarakan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat.

“Selain itu, perusahaan juga wajib menungkatkan penerimaan negara, bahkan bisa menimgkatkan penerimaan devisa negara. Kalau faktanya telah merebut lahan rakyat, ini artinya PT TJN melanggar isi dari UU RI No.18 tahun 2004 itu,” tegas Nur Kholis.
