SWARNANEWS.CO.ID, OKUT | Pemerintah Kabupaten OKU Timur kembali melaksanakan salah satu program kemuliaan. Kali ini Pemkab OKU Timur bekerjasama dengan Pengadilan Agama Kelas II Martapura, dan Kantor Kementerian Agama OKU Timur, menyelenggarakan Pelayanan Isbat Nikah Terpadu Tahun 2022, Selasa, 29 November 2022.
Sidang isbat nikah terpadu kali ini diselenggarakan di Balai Rakyat Setda OKU Timur dan dihadiri langsung Bupati OKU Timur Ir. H. Lanosin, S.T., Ketua Pengadilan Agama Kelas II Martapura Forkopimda, Forkopimda plus, Wakil Ketua TP. PKK OKU Timur Nur Inayah, S.Pd. dan Kepala OPD terkait.
Sedikitnya 300 pasang suami istri yang sebelumnya telah melangsungkan pernikahan secara siri atau nikah tidak melalui Kantor Urusan Agama, kini telah dinyatakan resmi menurut aturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku di Indonesia. Usai menjalani pengesahan nikah atau isbat nikah terpadu ini.
Bupati OKU Timur Ir. H. Lanosin, S.T. dalam sambutan dan arahannya mengatakan, terselenggaranya isbat nikah ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kejelasan hukum terkait status pernikahan. Tidak hanya itu, setelah status pernikahannya tercatat, pasangan suami istri tersebut sedikit banyak akan mengurangi permasalahan terkait hak waris dan masalah catatan kependudukan.
“Dengan diadakan isbat nikah ini mudah-mudahan apa yang kita inginkan tentang hak dari ibu dan anak dapat terpenuhi oleh seorang suami,” harap Bupati.
Sementara itu Kepala Pengadilan Agama Kelas II Martapura mengatakan bahwa pelaksanaan isbat nikah terpadu ini merupakan bentuk dari implementasi dan salah satu misi dari Mahkamah Agung yaitu memberikan pelayanan hukum yang berkeadilan kepada masyarakat yang mencari keadilan di Kabupaten OKU Timur.
“Ini juga bentuk komitmen dan kesungguhan Pengadilan Agama Martapura dalam berkolaborasi dan bersinergi dengan Pemkab OKU Timur untuk terwujudnya Kabupaten OKU Timur yang Maju dan Lebih Mulia” jelasnya.
Dalam kesempatan yang sama, Kepala Bagian Kesejahteraan Rakyat drs. H. Sukron, M.M. dalam laporannya mengatakan bahwa kegiatan ini dibagi menjadi 4 zona. Zona 1 diadakan di Kecamatan Martapura, Zona 2 akan diselenggarakan pada tanggal 1 Desember 2022 di Kecamatan Belitang, Zona 3 tanggal 6 Desember 2022 di Kecamatan Belitang Mulya dan Zona 4 pada tanggal 8 Desember 2022 di Kecamatan Semendawai Barat.
Dalam kegiatan ini juga Bupati Enos memberikan hadiah Umroh secara simbolis kepada Qori yang meraih juara tingkat provinsi, Guru TPQ, Santri dan Pengurus Jenazah. (*)
