SWARNANEWS.CO.ID, BANYUASIN | Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) sudah seharusnya menjadi tolak ukur, untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Selain juga merupakan salah satu Pendapatan Asli Desa(PADes).
Lain halnya dengan BUMDes Desa Durian Daun, Kecamatan Suak Tapeh, Kabupaten Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan, BUMDes ini seharusnya dikelola secara transparan, jelas, dan terbuka.
Menurut penuturan warga ZI, BUMDes yang mengelola usaha peternakan ayam pedaging (Broiler) tersebut, sampai saat ini diduga tidak jelas perizinan usahanya. Baik dari kecamatan setempat maupun dinas terkait.
Sebenarnya BUMDes merupakan usaha milik desa yang dikelola masyarakat untuk menghasilkan PAD desa, juga agar Pemerintah Desa punya pemasukan dana dari usaha itu bagi desa.
Hingga saat ini BUMDes tersebut tidak jelas mendapatkan pekerja dari mana. Namun, yang jelas tidak melibatkan masyarakat Desa Durian Daun, apalagi untuk menghasilkan PADes jauh dari harapan.
Masyarakat Durian Daun, mempertanyakan apa manfaat dari usaha perternakan ayam yang dikelola dengan uang Negara tersebut. Selain itu warga merasa terganggu dengan bau limbah kotoran ayam, juga lalat yang datang dari kotorab ayam dalam kandang. Lalat-lalat tersebut masuk ke rumah- rumah warga, hingga sampai saat ini tidak ada keterangan, dan kejelasan dari pemerintah desa terkait keberadaam BUMdes ini.
Anggota Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD), Durian Daun Sandi saat dikomfirmasi mengatakan, Sabtu(2/5/2020).
“Modal awal BUMdes yang dikelola ini berjumlah Rp 200 jt. Seharusnya masyarakat dilibatkan dengan pihak ketiga, hingga sekarang tidak ada kejelasan,” Ungkapnya.
Saat ini masyarakat merasa resah, dengan lalat dari kandang ayam tersebut, yang dekat dengan permukiman penduduk. usaha ini sama sekali tidak menguntungkan masyarakat,” jelasnya.

Terutama lalat yang bisa menyebabkan diare, juga bau amoniak kotoran ayam di lingkungan, sangat mengganggu pernapasan bila di bawa angin. “Harapan masyarakat, Pemerintah dan Dinas terkait seharusnya menindak lanjuti usah milik desa yang sama sekali tidak menguntungkan Desa dan masyarakat ini,” tutupnya.
