Salah satu pesawat jet akan melakukan penerbangan kargo pertama pada Selasa dan konversi pesawat penumpang kedua untuk menjadi pesawat kargo akan selesai pekan ini, kata pihak Uzbekistan Airways dalam sebuah pernyataan.
Dengan mencopot kursi kelas ekonomi dapat membebaskan ruang untuk 20 ton kargo di dek atas, dan memungkinkan jet penumpang itu untuk membawa total 180 meter kubik volume kargo, kata perusahaan itu Senin malam.
Pemerintah Uzbekistan telah melaporkan 1.627 kasus infeksi virus corona baru dan mengarantina semua provinsi di negara itu sampai dengan 10 Mei.
Namun, pemerintah juga mengatakan akan secara bertahap mengurangi beberapa pembatasan sosial di daerah-daerah dengan tingkat infeksi virus corona rendah.
