SWARNANEWS.CO.ID, PALEMBANG – Menyikapi perkembangan perumahan di wilayah Sumatera Selatan pasca Pandemi Covid-19, DPD Real Estate Indonesia (REI) Sumsel melakukan audiensi dengan Kapolda Sumsel Irjen Pol A.Rachmad Wibowo SIK. Diwakili Wakapolda Sumsel Brigjen Pol M.Zulkarnain SIK MSI, dan di dampingi Kaŕo SDM Polda Sumsel Kombes Sudrajad Hariwibowo SIK MSI.
Audiensi dilakukan di Ruang Delegasi Lantai 2 Gedung Presisi Mapolda Sumsel.
Wakapolda Sumsel Brigjen Pol M.Zulkarnain SIK MSI menyebutkan, pihaknya mendukung sepenuhnya apa yang dikerjakan oleh REI Sumsel terkait dengan pengembangan perumahan bersubsidi di wilayah Sumsel.
“Saya mendukung sepenuhnya kegiatan DPD REI Sumsel untuk pengembangan properti perumahan bersubsidi untuk masyarakat dan personel Polda Sumsel dan jajaran di wilayah Sumsel ,” kata Wakapolda Sumsel Brigjen Pol M.Zulkarnain SIK MSI, Jumat (19/05/2023).
Selain itu juga Wakapolda mengingatkan, agar DPD REI dalam mengembangkan properti jangan sampai terjebak dengan permainan mafia tanah. Apabila dalam pelaksanaan usahanya menemukan dan menjadi korban mafia tanah, dapat langsung melaporkan ke Satgas Mafia Tanah Polda Sumsel.
Sementara itu Ketua DPD REI Sumsel Zewwy Salim di dampingi H. Agus Alamsyah, SE beserta Staf DPD REI Sumsel menyatakan, bahwa DPD REI Sumsel mengucapkan terima kasih atas sambutan Polda Sumsel, yang telah menerima audensi dengan baik dan familiar.
Maksud dan tujuan diantaranya membahas akan diselenggarakannya pertemuan Rakerda REI Sumsel. Rencananya akan dilaksanakan di Palembang dan akan dihadiri olek Ketum DPP beserta ketua dan pengurus REI se-Indonesia. Serta menjelaskan bahwa DPD REI Sumsel juga sudah bersinergi dan berkolaborasi dengan stakeholder, salah satunya dengan Polda Sumsel.
Ada beberapa kegiatan yang sudah dilaksanakan bersama Polda sumsel, yaitu penyaluran CSR REI Sumsel berupa Sembako. Dibagikan dan didistribusikan untuk masyarakat melalui Polda Sumsel.
Ada juga CSR dan Baksos untuk Bedah Rumah bagi Rumah yang Tak Layak Huni. Lalu, DPD REI Sumsel bekerja sama dgn Baznas melakukan program Sedekah Rumah, ditargetkan sebanyak enam unit rumah setiap tahun.
Sementara untuk POLRI, DPD REI Sumsel berkontribusi dalam pemenuhan Rumah yang Layak Huni dan Bersubsidi. DPD REI sumsel bersama sama Puslitbang Mabes Polri, melakukan Tracking dan paparan terkait prasyarat anggota yang mendapatkan Rumah Subsidi dari Kementrian PUPR dan DPP REI.
Turut juga hadir pada kegiatan tersebut Karorena Polda Sumsel Kombes Agus Santosa SH SIK, dan Wadir Intelkam AKBP Dwi mulyanto SIK. (*)
